A sauna is a small wooden room or house designed as a place to experience dry or wet heat sessions. The Sauna (pronounced sow-nah) has been used for centuries, not only as a place to bathe, but as a place for healing, relaxing and enjoyment. Sauna bath makes you feel rejuvenated and have increased energy levels.

Saunas are small rooms that are heated to temperatures between 150°F and 195°F (65°C to 90°C). They often have unpainted, wood interiors and temperature controls. Saunas may also include rocks (as part of their heating element) that absorb and give off heat.
